Henkel's Laundry sales team is responsible for our customer relationship management. They implement various strategies and techniques in order to achieve industrial sales and gain a competitive foothold in the market, while providing support by educating our partners on our product value. Through their success, they help steer the growth of the Henkel business.

What we offer

  • Build and maintain strong and productive relationships with independent customers while achieving volume and display targets.

  • Secure core ranging and distribution objectives. Implement shelf strategies, product placement, and relays.

  • Preselling and implementation of promotional program and marketing activities

  • Development of sales and merchandising strategies to drive incremental sales growth.

  • Ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders and effectively route and plan territory.

Who we are looking for

  • Minimum of two (2) years sales experience. Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry experience is desirable especially within the independents channel.

  • Energetic, motivated, enthusiastic and driven to achieve great results and outcomes.

  • Committed to delivering exceptional customer service with proven track record in influencing and negotiating with customers.

  • Strong team player with excellent communication and planning skills and can work autonomously.
