Who we are looking for:

  • Minimum of two (2) years sales experience within the hairdressing and salon industry is preferred.

  • Computer literacy especially in using Microsoft Office software.

  • An enthusiastic team-player, competent, proactive and passionate.

Key responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and annual territory sales targets while actively identifying and converting strategically aligned prospect accounts.

  • Effectively implement company brands within a territory, leveraging promotional opportunities, staff incentives, product merchandising and staff sales training. 

  • Process sales orders, set territory plans, deliver retail educational training in salons and represent Schwarzkopf Professional and Indola at events.

  • Share leads and insight to your team to achieve the state result.
