  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of a Key territory, role is based in Northern Sydney - with regional reach.
  • Your focus is to achieve budgets through supporting an existing customer base and to develop new business opportunities.
  • Accountable for maximizing vertical distribution of our brands (Schwarzkopf Professional / Indola and ALTERNA) to ensure the widest availability of our products in the market.
  • Pre-plan and effectively present current initiatives and promotion objectives with excellence, considering specific customer needs, tailoring initiatives, and promotions.
  • Lead collaborative efforts with the ASK Education team, make recommendations and support delivery of customer training to add value to the salons and increase product technical knowledge.
  • Manage the call cycle and CRM system, updating customer profiles, daily activity and generating reports to support your business and customers.


  • Previous field sales experience within the luxury brands, hairdressing or beauty care industry, minimum 2 years.
  • Ability to apply business development skills with key customers and potential customers.
  • Local customer knowledge and understanding, with a strong ability to utilise solution sales strategy with our customers offering proposals to enhance their value with Schwarzkopf products.
  • Collaborative with a strong initiative, ability to prioritise and follow through.
  • Key influencer who is self-motivated to inspire Schwarzkopf Professionals’ brands strategy.
