YOUR ROLE

• Design automated processing of consumer requests on multiple consumer communication touchpoints replacing 1 to 1 contacts
• Put EU countries in a position to use AI based applications
  
• Lead POCs and implement automation on consumer communication touchpoints in all EU countries
  
• Ensure consumer experience & satisfaction on all digital touchpoints for all EU countries
  
• Continuously analyze and provide consumer insights based on a multidimensional reporting platform

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with focus on a digitalization & automation related area
  
• At least 5 years of full-time professional experience in AI, digitalization & automation (e.g., chatbot)
  
• Relevant experience in project management
  
• Very good understanding of FMCG business environment
• Highly motivated, proactive team player with an affectionate approach to teamwork
• Professional English and excellent communication skills
