YOUR ROLE
- Manage a team of Human Resource (HR) Generalists across Southeast Asia (SEA), supporting various HR processes including lifecycle management, compensation and benefits, talent management, learning & development, and mergers & acquisitions (M&A)
- Promote a collaborative culture and encourage continuous improvement; Streamline HR processes to enhance efficiency and ensure consistent delivery
- Drive adoption of best practices, collaborating with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Center of Excellence (COE), Global Business Services (GBS), Payroll, and Digital Transformation (DX) to simplify, streamline, and automate processes for a better user experience
- Ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements in all locations; analyze the impact of legislative changes and recommend solutions
- Conduct regular analysis of HR process data to identify trends and areas for improvement and show expertise in HR processes, systems/tools, and data management
- Enhance the accessibility of common HR analytics to foster an analytics culture within HR
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum of fifteen (15) years relevant working experience in Human Resource Operations and at least ten (10) years' experience in people management and project management; Preferably from a Shared Service or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) set-up
- Excellent communication skills with a result-driven mindset; ability to collaborate across different functions and be open to new ideas
- Extensive managerial and leadership experience plus the ability to work well within a team, matrix team, or as an individual contributor
- Strong user experience orientation and a focus on prioritizing user satisfaction and the capability to effectively handle ambiguous situations and topics while maintaining HR integrity
- Amenable to work on a day shift schedule (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
