  • Our extensive product portfolio serves markets from construction, industrial, marine, military, and mining to municipalities, offshore drilling and production, energy distribution and transmission, and refining.
  •  The territory is Gulf Coast/Louisiana territory, and you will need to reside in this area.
  •  Deliver/exceed established revenue target.
  • Support the overall strategic vision of the Chemical and Downstream segments with targeted accounts.
  • Develop account strategies and tactics to optimize channel performance and maximize account engagement.
  • Identify and develop key customers (contractors and asset owners).
  • Apply technical expertise in business development and sales dialogue with clients to elevate clients’ understanding.
  • Identify and prioritize attractive new client opportunities and drive profitable market penetration with target accounts.
  • Build and increase profitable wallet share with existing clients.
  • Support job walks, quotes, commercial training, and bid processes when applicable.
  • Provide and keep current competitive analyses.
  • Build industry visibility for company’s technical Chemical and Downstream capabilities through participation in and/or leadership of industry standards committees, conference white paper preparation and presentation, etc.
  • Collaborate with functional groups when applicable to ensure coordinated execution in all aspects of clients’ experience from initial sales lead to project close-out.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business or science; engineering preferred.
  • Ten years of collective industry and/or specific service line experience required.
  • Five years of business-to-business sales and business development experience required.
  • Demonstrated specialized technical and commercial knowledge in specific product or service line discipline.
  • Ability to position, price and sell value associated with both discrete services and more complex integrated solutions involving multiple services.
  • Ability to complete work assignments and proposals in an allotted time period and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to learn and apply Salesforce CRM platform for the purpose of tracking sales leads, forecasting sales activity and coordinating sales efforts.
  • Ability to travel domestically 50% of the time.

The salary for this role is $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 plus sales commission. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.  This salary range may also be modified in the future.
