  • Responsible for managing industrial accounts, mainly filtration market and heavy equipment
  • Develops and executes account strategy including an ambitious annual revenue plan and target plan
  • Translates customers’ strategy and priorities into a joint innovation roadmap, and builds new product development pipelines; Ensures that unique customer value is delivered and business potential within the accounts is maximized
  • Develop influential network on all key levels and dimensions of responsible accounts; Continuously maintains, elevates, broadens and strengthens key relationships at the accounts
  • Continuously updates professional selling and leadership skills to keep pace with the practical daily business use of business software and communication equipment
  • Acquires and maintains in depth knowledge of the products and their application in customer processes; Has regular communication with the internal team for sharing information and getting feedback for next step
  • Effectively manages expenses to budget and company properties


  • Bachelor’s degree in related field is required and Master’s degree is a plus
  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience in Sales or Account Management is required; Over eight (8) years total working experience is preferred
  • Adhesives, thermal interface material, and/or relevant industrial market experience is required
  • Good communication in English is required and Korean is a must
  • Excellent command of MS Office is required
  • Strong communication skill, project management, marketing, and/or selling skill
  • Able to go business trips aboard and/or countrywide
