  • Manage responsible customers and achieve long term financial and strategic ambition & short-term targets.

  • Responsibilities

  • Achieve financial ambition with end-to-end responsibility for all KPIs ((NES/PC%/L16/Product Mix, etc.) and enhance sell out to achieve sales target.
  • Be responsible for the target business sales and play both defense and offense on the target business.
  • Maintain and develop key account customer relationships by working all levels of the organization and identify their needs to provide technical advice and solution.
  • Working with Global Key Account Management Team & Regional sales team to implement key account strategy and plan.
  • Looks for new opportunities in responsible key accounts and set up pipeline.
  • Cooperate with technical service team and other supporting teams to support business growth and trouble shooting and improve customer satisfaction level.
  • Works with supply chain/customer service team for forecast and inventory management and works with Finance team for customers’ payment collection.
  • Collect and analyze Henkel and competitor’s market share, technologies, strategies and activities.
  • Takes leading part in technical and commercial negotiation with responsible customers.

  • Bachelor/master’s in science or business degree.
  • Excellent Chinese & English, communication capability in Chinese & English.
  • Bachelor/master’s in science or business degree.

  • Rich Experience in sales and at least 3-years working experience in aerospace Industry.
  • Familiar with aerospace industry.
  • Strong communication/negotiation skill with customer and internal cross-functions, project management skill as plus.
  • Positive thinking with good emotion control under pressure.
  • Proficient in PC skills such as Microsoft, and other applications as required.
  • Strong problem solving ,organization and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong sense of urgency.
