YOUR ROLE

  • Stabilizing customer relationships, optimizing processes and improving communication with a strong hands-on mentality
  • Processing of inquiries, complaints, rush orders from customers from the core business within Adhesive Technologies 
  • Coordination and sustainable implementation of customer inquiries, product consulting and close cooperation with sales in the use of the Service Cloud to resolve customer inquiries and create a positive customer experience
  • Contact person for other internal departments (Backoffice, GBS+, Sales, etc.) for further resolution of customer enquiries
  • Proactive communication and coordination in the event of delivery delays, returns and rush orders
  • Support and participation in projects & process optimization in customer service such as evaluation of "Voice-of-Customer", other customer inquiries or surveys


YOUR SKILLS

  • Completed Bachelor's degree in General Management or other relevant fields
  • 5 years of professional experience in customer service or a comparable customer-oriented function with a "customer first" mentality desirable
  • Professional handling of digital tools in customer service, in particular Service Cloud, ERP, MS Office and databases in day-to-day business
  • Advanced communication and problem-solving skills, both written and spoken, especially customer-oriented behavior on the phone
  • Service orientation, good interpersonal skills and the ability to structure work by setting the right priorities
  • Enjoy handling order-related customer inquiries, also in cooperation with internal colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Fluent language skills in German and English
