  • Contributes to set up and achievement of Sustainability strategies and strategic priorities at Purchasing Adhesive Technologies
  • Drives and/or supports strategic projects and/or workstreams as per assignment from inception to completion
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams (both internal and external) on Sustainability projects, deliver actionable insights to ensure project success
  • Gathers and analyses data from various sources (incl. data from purchasing,, sustainability, business, market insights), identifying trends, patterns & insights to enable informed business decision making
  • Leads and supports preparation of Sustainability data materials for internal and external engagements
    §Responsible for monitoring and reporting of Sustainability Project progress within FPA
  • Assists in the development of data models, algorithms and statistical analysis
  • Owns and continuously improves SI & Sustainability SharePoint pages to the benefit of Henkel Adhesive Technologies and Purchasing Adhesive Technologies


  • 5+ professional experience in a Multi-National environment (incl. internship). Henkel experience – advantage.
  • Bachelor / master’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Environmental Science, Sustainability
  • Project management experience is an advantage
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R or similar
  • Experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI, or similar
  • Proficient user of MS Office, especially Excel, PowerBI and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High degree of commitment, motivation and agility
