YOUR ROLE
- Work closely with Head of Corporate Communications, Norden to build and protect Henkel’s reputation and corporate brand with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, with a focus on internal communication.
- Actively draft/write and publish content/articles for our communication channels such as the NewsHUB, podcasts, video articles, digital signage, Viva Engage, website, and Henkel Hive ensuring that stories are current and newsworthy (text articles, audio podcasts, video articles and infographic content).
- Assist with the implementation of townhalls, panel discussions, round tables and other Corporate Communications led events.
- Shape and further develop internal and external digital communication channel and tool landscape applying a data-driven approach.
- Maintain Corporate data in a current and timely manner and act as the local expert for internet and intranet maintenance upgrades and projects including new platforms.
- Provide administrative support where needed, e.g., raising of PO’s and invoicing.
YOUR SKILLS
- Degree Educated, with a degree in Corporate Communications.
- Prior experience working in a corporate communications role (minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience).
- In-depth understanding of internal / external communications, writing of articles and internal communication, reputation management, and crisis/issues management.
- Excellent English verbal and written skills.
- Fluent in English is essential.
- Team player, with ability to work independently.
- Creative, self-motivated, pro-active.
- Strong IT skills; familiarity with Microsoft Packages.
- Flexibility for occasional travel when needed.
