YOUR ROLE
- Lead development, execution and deployment of complex technical workstreams, with very strong project management skills & collaboration capabilities
- Strong understanding of MarTech, with solid expertise in using complex MarTech systems (expert level)
- Responsible for orchestrating complex and technical workstream across cross functional teams, on key topics related to media performance improvement
- Have a solid understanding of business challenges and have a demonstrated ability to turn business issues into technical solutions
- Enable user audiences and business owners to run more effective and efficient operations along key marketing objectives/media processes
- Identify and accelerate most relevant digital platform and MarTech use cases
- Drive the development and implementation of new, digital business models as well as concrete roadmaps and business cases
- Build capabilities on digital platforms and MarTech of key user audiences/ business owners and run upskilling sessions
- Drive tool utilization and continuously improve usability
- Provide strategic advice on topics relating to the marketing transformation process
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or similar field
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the digital environment, especially in the development of (digital) strategies and concepts for business models and the digitalization of customer-facing areas
- You have an understanding of brand strategy and customer experience
- You have an extended technical understanding and proven experience and success in the fields of data driven marketing, digital marketing or eCommerce
- You have a background in assessing digital capabilities of companies, defining digital business models and creating digital transformation roadmaps and business cases
- Ideally, you have experience from a digital agency/consultancy and expertise in one or more of the following industries: Retail, consumer goods, manufacturing industry
- Fluent English language skills
