YOUR ROLE

• Conducts meetings, trainings, teleconference calls, and chat sessions with different Henkel counterparts
  
• Lead projects and process migrations for International Packaging Specification (IPAS) Adhesives
  
• Provide second-level support for daily processing of IPAS Adhesives requests
  
• Offer training to users and new team members
  
• Generate reports for Regional and Global teams
  
• Assist the Team Lead in maintaining up-to-date process documentation
  
• Perform other tasks as directed by the manager

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/ Administration, Engineering or other relevant courses
  
• Minimum of five (5) years relevant work experience in Master Data maintenance and Reporting ; Preferably for Global material master data for Packaging
  
• Advanced knowledge in Power BI and Microsoft Office Excel required; Skills in VBA, Macros, SAP, Azure platform for machine learning or other accounting system is highly preferred
  
• Having a background in Continuous Improvement (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) and Project Management is an advantage
  
• Must be proactive, analytical, and have good stakeholder management and presentation skills are required
  
• Excellent command of the English language in both spoken and written
  
• Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (3:00 PM to 12:00 MN) and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
