The Material Coordinator’s primary responsibilities will include the daily administrative functions within the materials department, material receipts, cycle count program, and all activities related to raw material warehouse staged for production, order fulfillment, and distribution to the departments. Compiles and keeps records of quantity and type of material, property, equipment, merchandise, or supplies necessary to coordinate warehouse activities.
This is a 2nd shift Thurs - Monday position. 11am -7:30pm - Weekends are required
YOUR ROLE
- Verify the completion of Process Order Confirmations and production goods receipts.
- Administer cycle count program by ensuring all FG, raw materials, packaging, and other products are counted.
- Ensures confirmations are complete with correct inventory consumption.
- Ensures all inbound receipts for production raw materials are entered by crew.
- Works with other departments to ensure the proper number of materials are in the RM warehouse and potential expedites due to production schedule change.
- Investigates and reports reasons for inventory discrepancies.
- Perform material management SAP transactions.
YOUR SKILLS
- Strong SAP experience along with Microsoft Office
- Forklift preferred but not required
- Minimum five (5) years manufacturing experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills
- Must be able to perform duties in heat, cold, around dust, chemicals, noise, and heights
- Must be able to wear personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, safety shoes, hard hat, fall protection harness, gloves, face shield, and ear plugs
The salary for this role is $22.00 - $24.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
