YOUR ROLE
- Contribute to the global Real Estate and Facility Services strategy
- Work on the preparation and execution of tenders with a global and local scope
- Support in analyzing offers, comparing supplier proposals and developing scorecards to drive informed procurement decisions based on data-driven insights
- Assist on project related to Real Estate, especially brokers management, lease contracts and Facility Services, such as Integrated Facility Services tenders
- Support in global benchmarking, analyses and reporting
YOUR SKILLS
- Student in business administration or related studies
- Proficient in MS-Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with a strong willingness to learn and apply data analytics for procurement tasks
- Excellent written and oral English language skills, German language is a plus
- Very good communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong presentation skills, assertiveness and relationship-building abilities across functions and with leadership
- Collaborative team player with a strong curiosity, eagerness to learn and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Availability as of January 2025 for six months
We offer you an attractive salary between € 1050-2095. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
