YOUR ROLE

  • Together with the Data Platform leadership team, create, manage and share the product vision, product strategy and product roadmap for Henkel's next generation Data Platform
  • Break down vision, strategy and roadmap across product teams and work with the individual product owners on prioritizing their product backlogs
  • Actively participate in team planning meetings and provide valuable support, clarity, and expertise during each sprint execution
  • Carefully review, accept, or reject completed work from the product teams to maintain the highest quality standards
  • Effectively present the new product functionality to internal stakeholders after each sprint to gather their feedback

YOUR SKILLS

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT Management & Technology or related field, a product owner certification is a plus
  • 8+ years of experience in product ownership within a product-based development organization, with proven successes
  • Experience in applying Scrum methodologies to ensure agile and scalable product development
  • Knowledge in data platforms, data mesh, data science and business analytics is essential for you to develop efficient solutions
  • Proficient use of agile methodologies, best practices, and critical tools to foster effective processes that you can help implement
  • Strong enthusiasm for learning new technologies and business areas, along with a readiness to work cross-functionally
  • Excellent communication skills and a a proactive and self-reliant work style  
  • Fluent English language skills
