The Marketing Executive is responsible for the execution of Singapore & Malaysia’s B2B adhesives marketing activities to build brand visibility, awareness and achieve sales objectives across multiple businesses.
Assess market potential and identify quality leads to support SBU market entry and growth. Conduct data mining, quantitative and qualitative research on consumption trends, competitors, and market dynamics to provide actionable insights. Validate findings and make recommendations for strategic decisions.
Lead market and customer engagement through events, campaigns, and partnerships that enhance brand awareness. Produce localized marketing materials aligned with brand guidelines, monitor competitors, and collaborate on annual marketing plans. Manage relationships with partners and agencies for successful implementation.
Create content for digital platforms, consistent messaging that drives customer engagement. Manage social media, web content, and digital tools to enhance brand presence and ROI. Support content creation, update databases, and design digital assets to improve brand visibility and customer interaction.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management or related business discipline
Minimum 3 years of B2B marketing management experience
Strong analytical skills, problem solving skills, resourceful and result-oriented
Proven experience in creating content and managing social media and digital content to drive brand engagement and growth
Team player with a demonstrated history of active involvement in extracurricular activities
