What you'll do

  • Became part of our global sustainability team and interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Think big! Discover new opportunities to automate data collection, processing and reporting, enhancing business insights, accountability, and strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with the Packaging and Circularity teams and Henkel IT to define use cases and desired
    outcomes for internal digital products
  • Moderate and bridge needs and different expertise between Packaging and Circularity teams, Henkel IT,
    and business stakeholders to align on long-term digital product goals and create product roadmaps
  • Lead the preparation of reports and technical documentation for training and audit purposes
  • Contribute to advocacy efforts to drive ESG initiatives with internal and external stakeholders

What makes you a good fit

  • Master’s degree in Data Science, IT, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of professional experience, with a combined focus on data science and sustainability
  • Proficiency in business data modelling via programming languages (e.g. R, Python, SQL) and data
    visualization tools (PowerBI or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements, disclosure methodologies and reporting standards for
    packaging and circularity is a plus
  • Out-of-the-box mindset with a demonstrated ability to think creatively and navigate within complex
    organizational structures, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Experienced in crafting clear and effective documentation for training and audit purposes
  • Excellent communication skills and business fluency in English
