What you'll do
- Drives best practice tool analysis and knowledge to support operational sales functions and to monitor, improve and drive business.
- Enforces sales support discipline through the monitoring of KPI achievement with growth targets and priorities.
- Summarizes and conveys actionable insights out of external / internal data sources.
- Provides feedback on global / regional strategic projects on sales support excellence to ensure local success.
- Implementation of digital information tools and regional reports.
- Drives execution of sales support excellence and alignment of implementation with local stakeholders per customer / channel / category.
