About this position

What you´ll do

  • Lead the team of Electricians to improve Maintenance tasks via intensive use of PM DMSs (P&S, BDE, Lube, etc)
  • Build the capability of the mechanics in both the shift but also in the support roles.
  • Is accountable for Equipment availability (minimize BD’s) and spare part inventory results.
  • Attend to LDOR based on prioritization of losses Review Daily schedule to ensure operating strategy adherence
  • Attend Weekly Planning &Scheduling meeting for the Department Lead and coach Breakdown elimination process for electrical issues
  • Be part (hands on) of most difficult Problem Solving on Chronic losses
  • Review the Daily M&R cost and identify actions on a weekly basis plans to reduce M&R Coaching on the job of the Maintenance technicians
  • Execute AM, PM, Health check on a given frequency
  • Attend to PM pillar meeting and be owner at Plant Level of one of PM DMSs
  • Systematically create PM’s for all equipment using the HPS PM Creation process and Problem Solving
  • Own the creation and execution of PdM PM’s/Program for the Cell
  • Validate AM standards are correct, and are being correctly executed on a daily basis
  • Ensure all equipment programming is secure (password protected), with continually up-to-date backed-up copies in case of catastrophic failure

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably Faculty of Electrical Engineering
  • 3 + years' experience in maintenance department
