About this position
What you´ll do
- Perform internal audits and assessments to ensure compliance with IATF 16949 standards and safety protocols in manufacturing processes
- Lead customer audits, facilitating clear communication and resolving any identified concerns effectively
- Apply six sigma methodologies to optimize processes and minimize defects
- Interface with customers regarding any issues they may have
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in related field is required
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience in quality of manufacturing industry is required
- Excellent command of MS office is required
- Good communication in English is required and Korean is must
- Experience in customer audit management and root cause analysis are required
- Knowledge of quality management systems, IATF 16949, safety standards in manufacturing, and/or six sigma methodologies is preferred
- Open minded, collaborative, and good interpersonal skill
