About this Position
Join our team as a Master Data Specialist, where you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely management of global customer, vendor, and bank master data within our SAP systems. Working within our collaborative team environment, you will have the opportunity to engage in diverse tasks, such as processing daily distribution error reports, participating in projects, and contributing to process improvement initiatives. What you´ll do
- Ensures accurate and timely creation and update of Global customer/ vendor/ bank master data views; Delete and reactivate customer/ vendor/ bank accounts, handle mass upload that includes quality check, ticket raise and validation of the correct uploading
- Responsible for various coordination in customer/ vendor/ bank master data maintenance in SAP; Answer queries via emails or chat and monitoring of workflows
- Generate master data download/ reports and executing master data clean up needed by the business
- Check and process daily distribution error reports on SAP systems; Undertake ADHOC assignments (eg. Henkel/Team committee, Projects) as appointed by the Manager or Supervisor
- Update files needed for monitoring such as master data tracker, utilization/productivity tool and attendance tracker and regular documentation update; Contribute/initiate process improvement
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Preferably with at least one (1) year related work experience in Master Data Management (Customer/Vendor/Bank Master Data) preferably in a shared service industry background would be an advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and VBA are required; SAP experience is highly preferred
- Having a background in Continuous Improvement (e.g. Lean Six Sigma or Time and Motion Studies) or in any of the following digital skills (VBA Macros, SAP scripting, Power BI, Blue Prism) is highly preferred
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English, and with collaboration and stakeholder management skills; Must be a team player with good skills in time management, analysis, and had great attention to details
- Amenable to work on a night shift schedule (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM) and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
