About this Position

Collaborate with various teams to develop and update documentation, training materials, and best practices, ensuring accessibility and adherence to standards. Enhance product quality by creating and implementing visual standards and inspection protocols to prevent defects and ensure compliance. Standardize and document packaging and inspection processes across different plants to maintain consistency and quality. Provide continuous feedback to operators and supervisor and support to teams to improve adherence to standards and reduce defect rates.

What you´ll do

  • Prepare visual displays (OK/NOK) to identify and prevent defects.
  • Display packaging standards for individual parts and overall packaging processes.
  • Prepare an EIS for processes such as charging, line clearance, labeling, kitting, etc. by referencing existing standards available at other plants.
  • Support to develop One Point Lessons, ensure these lessons are easily accessible to employees. Monitor compliance of daily verification checklists.
  • Collaborate with process owners to review and update existing documentation, as instructed.
  • Assist in implementation of best practices from other Kurkumbh plants.
  • Assist in developing inspection plans, methods, and sampling plans for online inspection.
  • Conduct online inspections as per the developed plans.
  • Daily Rejection Analysis - analyze daily rejections and report to supervisor.
  • Conduct pre-dispatch inspections, including sampling plans, visual inspections, checklists, weighment, counting, and label authenticity checks.
  • Assist in performing daily layer process audit Level 1 compliance checks to ensure adherence to standards and procedures. Report findings.

What makes you a good fit

  • Recent graduate with Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in chemistry
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge and experience on a Quality control/ analytical chemistry, Wet analysis of materials Instrumental analysis, Calibration techniques Data literacy, data analysis Statistical data analysis (SPC Record keeping as per standard Laboratory consumable management Shift management Shopfloor documentation & display Process excellence, SOP preparation.
  • Tenure of internship - 2 years
