About this Position
Lead the financial partnership with the Sales organization, acting as the key advisor and decision-making support for commercial strategies. This role is responsible for managing all processes related to rebates, commercial campaigns, pricing, and strategic projects. The position requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and alignment with business objectives.
What you´ll do
- Financial Acumen: A strong understanding of financial principles, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and interpretation to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align financial strategies with overall business goals and market conditions. Experience in developing and executing financial plans that support corporate objectives
- Leadership and Management: Experience in leading and managing finance teams, demonstrating strong leadership qualities, and the ability to mentor and develop staff
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and adjust financial strategies in response to changing market conditions or organizational needs
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Administration or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in finance roles, preferably in a commercial setting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in software and tools, such as Excel, ERP systems (preferable SAP), or data analysis tools such as PowerBI, Tableau or Alteryx
- Advanced English, Spanish preferred
