YOUR ROLE

  • Responsible in the development and implementation of short and long-term collaborative business plans.

  • Plan, monitor and maintain individual cost centre and utilise Trade Promotions budget allocated on an annual basis.

  • Develop a high performing team with a strong drive for results

  • Coach and develop individual capability within the team

  • Ensure customer plans are robust, monitored and executed within the sales strategy

  • Manage the sales forecasting and demand planning process to drive improved S&OP

  • Work as a strategic partner building strong rapport, relationships and effective communication both internally and externally.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.

  • At least five (5) years of National Business Management experience.

  • Demonstrated experience leading a high performing team

  • Relevant experience with high volume retail customers – Woolworth or Coles essential

  • Established strong relationships within the Australian grocery industry

  • A proven negotiator with exceptional analytical and presentation skills.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence, direct strategies and build relationships.
