YOUR ROLE

  • Leading the business in developing customer relationships, planning, monitoring market activity, deciding business direction.

  • Responsible in the development and implementation of short and long-term collaborative business plans.

  • Develop a high performing team with a strong drive for results, through coach and developing individual capability.

  • Ensure customer business development plans are robust, monitored and executed within the sales strategy

  • Work as a strategic partner building strong rapport, relationships and effective communication both with stakeholders internally and externally.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.

  • At least two (2) years of National Business Management experience.

  • Relevant experience with high volume retail customers

  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with customers

  • A proven negotiator with exceptional analytical and presentation skills.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence, direct strategies and build relationships
