YOUR ROLE

  • Development and implementation customer Business Plans
  • Lead, coach and mentor National Account Executive in short and long terms channel plans.

  • Management of annual trade spend budget, reviewing of investment ROI, adjusting strategy as required.

  • Develop, negotiate and implement effective promotional activity

  • Leverage category data to generate category sales opportunities through effective collaboration with the customer marketing team, marketing and individual insights.

  • Forecast annual sales and trade spend, reviewing monthly and adjusting accordingly in line with market trends and business strategy.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (desired not essential)

  • 5 years of National Account Management experience

  • 2 years direct experience managing Major Grocery accounts.

  • A strong negotiator with exceptional analytical and presentation skills

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence and direct strategies and build relationships

  • Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work well in a team environment

  • Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills

  • Strong computer literacy particularly in Microsoft Office software and Promax
