Metcash is Henkel Laundry & Home Care's third largest customer. It is a leading wholesaler in Australia and New Zealand, supporting the independent stores network which ranges from multi-site operators to single store owners.
The awards were given in recognition of their suppliers' sales and profit management, supply chain and replenishment as well as category management. The event featured 18 categories of awards.
Winning the Non Food Supplier of the Year award is a testament to the progress we have made in this category within a short span of time. This is an honour as we have operated in the Australian non-food business for only two years, and were competing against long-running brands.
Similarly, the overall Supplier of the Year award was a great achievement, considering the prominence of other nominees. This award recognizes our commitment to delivering value and placing our customers at the center of what we do. It also exemplifies the winning culture of our strong team.
