Henkel New Zealand participates in Foodstuffs Expo 2018

Schwarzkopf recognised for Best Health and Beauty Display

From 18 to 19 April, Henkel New Zealand’s Beauty Care team participated in Foodstuffs Expo 2018 and showcased Schwarzkopf Live Colour and Got2b brands. The stand was well-received at the expo and was awarded the Best Health and Beauty stand at the gala dinner.

Organized by Foodstuffs, New Zealand’s biggest grocery distributor, Foodstuffs Expo 2018 brought together Foodstuffs staff and members with suppliers for networking, distribution and product trial opportunities.

Henkel’s Beauty Care team created a display stand for new products from Schwarzkopf’s Live Colour and Got2b brands.  

Live Colour is the leading semi-permanent hair colour brand in New Zealand. The team showcased the new 1-wash spray that colours both dark and light hair in a convenient spray format for consumers, strengthening the brand’s position in the market.

The Got2b brand was launched in New Zealand in May, offering a modern premium hair styling range.

A counter was also set up with Schwarzkopf hairdressers offering free dry styling and hair consultations by appointment for visitors to the Expo.

For this interactive showcase, the Henkel Beauty Care team received the Best Health and Beauty Display award from Foodstuffs at the gala dinner, held at the end of the first day of the expo. The award was based on votes placed by Foodstuffs employees on the engagement level of the stand and how products were showcased. There were around 290 suppliers present, with 11 awards for different categories awarded.
