YOUR ROLE
Our Adhesives division develops, produces and sells numerous successful high-quality products
worldwide. In Italy, our most important brands are: Super Attak, Pritt, Pattex, Ariasana. The Business
Analyst will be part of the Business Support Department which is responsible for the Consumer
Adhesives division Reporting & Analysis as well as Trade Bonuses control and Sale Incentives
management. You will join a positive and co-operative Team. The position involves a wide variety of
duties and responsibilities with the aim to provide wide support to the business and in particular to
Sales & Marketing teams.
You will join a very positive and co-operative Team. The position offers a great opportunity to learn and to understand business dynamics, working in close collaboration with other functions such as Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Finance and Demand Planning. Main tasks include:
- Coordinate sales reporting and performance monitoring activities and ensure accuracy of the data reported
- Support other business functions with specific analysis
- Develop and automate new reports and tools to drive the implementation of the business strategy
- Support sales management team with the implementation of new projects to steer the execution of the commercial strategy
YOUR SKILLS
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering or related field
- Good knowledge of English and excellent Italian is mandatory
- Strong analytical mind and conceptual thinking ; candidate must be keen on number
- Good knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel. Knowledge of pivot tables and macros are welcome, Power BI, Power Pivot or Tableau are a plus.
- Curious, self-driven, proactive and open to change and innovation
- Inclination to work in team
