What you´ll do
- Implementing the sales plan based on cooperation with assigned DIY clients.
- Building, developing, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
- Negotiating commercial terms and ongoing cooperation with clients.
- Ensuring high-quality client relationships, introducing new products, and planning and executing promotions.
- Organizing and overseeing the execution of consumer promotions for assigned clients.
- Participating in departmental budget planning and monitoring its utilization in the context of assigned clients.
- Collaborating with other departments within the organization.
- Monitoring and ensuring the execution of receivables from assigned clients.
What makes you a good fit
- Minimum of two years of professional experience in a similar position (preferably in the DIY channel).
- Experience in independently conducting negotiations with clients.
- Excellent command of Polish and English.
- Ability to establish and maintain long-term, partnership-based relationships with both external and internal clients.
- Multitasking skills and the ability to independently manage projects.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse individuals.
- Proactive approach and creativity in identifying new opportunities and solving problems.
