About this Position

本ポジションは、工場のエンジニアリングおよび設備保全業務をリードし、安全・品質・生産性の向上を通じて工場KPIの達成に貢献する重要な役割です。
製造設備およびユーティリティの保全管理、新規設備導入プロジェクト、工程改善などを推進しながら、チームマネジメントおよび国内外の関係部門との連携を行います。
また、工場マネジメントチームの一員として、継続的な改善活動およびグローバルチームとの協働を推進していただきます。 

What you´ll do 

  • 工場設備の保全管理:製造設備およびユーティリティ設備の保全管理(法定点検・定期点検を含む); 設備保全に関するKPIおよびコスト管理;設備トラブル対応および設備信頼性向上の推進
  • 設備導入・設備投資プロジェクト:生産性向上およびサステナビリティ推進を目的とした新規設備導入の企画・推進
    設備投資プロジェクト(CAPEX)の申請および管理;設備導入に伴う工事管理および外部業者との折衝
  • 製造プロセス改善:製造工程の改善(デジタル化・自動化を含む);工程内不具合への設備面からの対応;プロセスリスクアセスメントのリードおよびアクションプラン策定(安全部門と連携)
  • 工場運営サポート:新製品の工場移管および増産体制構築プロジェクトの推進;法令順守対応;工場設備に関する技術的サポートの提供
  • コミュニケーション・チームマネジメント:エンジニアリングおよび設備保全チームのマネジメント;他工場および関連部門との情報共有・レポーティング(海外拠点との連携を含む);工場マネジメントチームの一員として、工場KPI達成に向けた活動への参画

What makes you a good fit

 応募資格(必須)

  • 大学卒業以上(機械工学、化学工学などの理系専攻)
  • 工場の生産技術部門または設備管理部門での実務経験
  • 設備・機械トラブルに対応できる技術的なハンズオン能力
  • チームマネジメントまたはリーダー経験
  • 日本語:ビジネスレベル;英語:日常業務でのコミュニケーション(メール・会議)可能なレベル 

歓迎要件

  • 化学メーカーなどプロセス産業での経験
  • 設備投資やエンジニアリングプロジェクトのマネジメント経験
  • プロセス安全・機械安全の改善経験
  • Lean Manufacturing、Continuous Improvementの経験
  • Six Sigma(Green Beltなど)やデータ分析の知識
  • 生産工程の最適化や効率化プロジェクトの経験
