We are looking for a results-driven Trade Marketing Analyst to join our team in Guadalajara, supporting the execution of local marketing initiatives and driving strong point-of-sale performance. In this role, you will connect commercial strategy with execution, ensuring that campaigns, promotions, and product initiatives translate into business growth and an excellent consumer experience.
You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional teams, using data and market insights to identify opportunities, optimize performance, and support strategic decision-making in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Execute local marketing campaigns and brand initiatives aligned with the overall Marketing Mix strategy.
Drive point-of-sale performance through initiatives focused on traffic, conversion, assortment, and sales growth.
Analyze sales performance, campaign results, consumer behavior, and commercial KPIs to identify opportunities and generate actionable insights.
Manage inventory performance to ensure product availability while minimizing stockouts, overstock, and product devaluation.
Support Sales teams with promotions, execution tools, reporting, and performance analysis.
Coordinate local product launches, promotions, pricing flows, events, and communication activities to strengthen brand visibility and execution excellence.
Previous experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing, Sales Operations, or related commercial areas.
Strong analytical and execution skills, with the ability to transform data and insights into action.
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Positive, flexible, and proactive attitude, with openness to feedback and continuous learning.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and foster strong working relationships.
