About this position

What you´ll do

  • Own sales performance, margin and overall account health across assigned EU marketplaces for our General Manufacturing and Maintenance business in Adhesive Technologies.
  • Monitor and improve operational performance under Amazon 1P, proactively managing chargebacks, shortage claims, logistics compliance and vendor scorecard metrics in close alignment with Supply Chain and Logistics teams
  • Lead performance discussions with platform partners, managing funding, promotions and commercial alignment.
  • Identify and resolve performance blockers impacting availability, pricing, visibility and buy box ownership.
  • Coordinate visual and written content development with local marketing teams.
  • Create, optimize and maintain product listings across EU markets, ensuring digital shelf excellence and SEO visibility.
  • Coordinate advertising campaigns in line with EU strategy and agency partners.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance across ROAS, CTR, CVR and TACOS.
  • Onboard additional platforms and collaborate with local Channel teams managing smaller local eCom accounts
  • Support structured portfolio roll-outs and new product launches across platforms

What makes you a good fit

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in eCommerce, online marketplaces, digital sales, or Key Account Management, ideally with exposure to Amazon (e.g., Amazon Vendor Central) and other eCommerce platforms.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving sales growth and account performance.
  • Good understanding of eCommerce fundamentals, including product visibility, promotions, advertising, and performance metrics.
  • Analytical profile able to turn data and platform insights into concrete business actions.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial, and willing to test new ideas to grow the business.
  • Comfortable working across commercial and operational topics while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Interest in digital innovation; AI-related capabilities would be an advantage.
  • Fluent English required.
