About this position

What you´ll do

  • Integrated Communications Planning & Project Management:
    • Support in developing and implementing annual integrated communication strategies across brand, corporate and crisis management.
    • Manage communication projects end-to-end and coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
    • Support PR budget planning, agency management and resource allocation.
  • Media Relations & Brand Communications:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key fashion, beauty, lifestyle, business and industry media.
    • Support communication planning and execution for major brand campaigns, product launches and business initiatives.
    • Identify media opportunities and proactively drive earned media exposure through interviews, features, awards and partnership opportunities.
    • Monitor industry trends and provide communication recommendations to support business objectives.
  • Corporate Communications:
    • Support profiling opportunities for senior management through media interviews, industry forums, conferences and speaking engagements.
    • Develop executive communication materials including speeches, presentations, key messages, interview briefs and Q&A documents.
    • Support thought leadership content development and external stakeholder communications.
    • Monitor industry and competitors and provide communication insights when relevant.
  • Crisis Management:
    • Support crisis and reputation management initiatives across HCB.
    • Assist in issue monitoring, risk assessment and crisis communication preparation.
    • Coordinate communication materials and stakeholder alignment during issue management processes.
  • Celebrity & External Partnership Management:
    • Support celebrity endorsement and relevant communication projects when required.
    • Coordinate talent-related activities including content production, media opportunities, events and campaign execution.
    • Manage external partners and agencies to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Events & Strategic Projects:
    • Lead or support communication planning and execution for media events, stakeholder engagement activities, industry summits and key business projects.
    • Provide communication consultation and content support across business functions when required.
  • Team Operations:
    • Support team daily operations, including vendor management, POR/PO process and budget administration.
    • Undertake additional projects assigned by line manager.

What makes you a good fit

  • Experience in FMCG, beauty, luxury, consumer brands or PR agencies.
  • Exposure to both Brand Communications and Corporate Communications is highly preferred.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills in both Chinese and English.
  • Experience supporting executive communications, media engagement or reputation management projects is a plus.
  • Strong stakeholder management, project management and communication skills.
  • Mature, proactive and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
