Atuação como principal ponto de contato (SPOC) para clientes, garantindo uma experiência consistente e centrada no cliente. 
Foco no cliente (Customer Centricity): forte orientação para a experiência do cliente, com capacidade de antecipar necessidades e gerar valor ao cliente.

O que você fará

  • Gestão de relacionamento com clientes: capacidade de construir e manter relacionamentos sólidos, lidando com stakeholders de diferentes países e níveis hierárquicos
  • Gestão de demandas complexas: experiência na resolução de casos críticos, reclamações e escalations, garantindo agilidade e qualidade no atendimento
  • Conhecimento de processos de Customer Service (OTC): Atuação em order management, gestão de pedidos, faturamento, entregas e interface com supply chain
  • Análise de dados e indicadores (KPIs): acompanhamento de métricas como CSAT, NPS, SLA, backlog, com capacidade de gerar insights e planos de ação
  • Experiência com CRM e ferramentas de atendimento: Uso de sistemas como Salesforce, SAP ou similares para gestão de clientes e casos
  • Trabalho cross-functional: forte colaboração com áreas como Supply Chain, Logística, Finanças, influenciando decisões e alinhando prioridades para atender às necessidades dos clientes 

O que faz de você um bom(a) candidato(a)

  • Conhecimento de processos de Customer Service (OTC);
  • Conhecimento de SAP, Excel e SalesForce (diferencial);
  • Mentalidade de melhoria contínua: identificação de oportunidades, otimização de processos e participação em projetos de transformação e eficiência;
  • Habilidade para adaptar a comunicação a diferentes culturas e perfis de clientes LATAM;
  • Espanhol avançado (mandatório);
  • Inglês avançado (desejável).
