  • Enables the sales performance in all regions by implementing standardized sales process (tools, trainings, KPIs, best-practice sharing)
  • Regional speaker APAC for all global Sales Excellence initiatives roll-outs to the region
  • Work closely with the regional sales teams to drive and monitor achievement of quantitative and qualitative KPI
  • Implements global framework, policy and channel strategy development.
  • Executes strategic projects on sales and channel excellence.


  • University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
  • 5–8 years' experience in Strategic/Inhouse consulting, commercial management or project management. Sales experience is a plus. 
  • Excellent conceptual and strategic thinking as well as communication and convincing skills are critical to the success in the role
  • Advanced analytical skills and proficiency with MS Office, Power BI/Tableau, SAP and CRM systems
  • Strong project management skills and structured problem-solving capabilities
  • Fluent English language skills
