  • Execute sales plan in line with business strategy to deliver sales growth and profitability targets. Accounts are focused on automotive interiors, exteriors, powertrain and chassis.
  • Manage territory to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction by proactively seeking feedback and expeditiously addressing customer concerns.
  • Assess customer needs, business trends, market dynamics and competitive landscape.
  • Identify solutions to address customer needs, manage/close respective project(s), cultivate new growth opportunities, and build sustainable pipeline.
  • Execute pricing actions.
  • Build/maintain key customer relationships.
  • Coordinate with technical team to conduct line trials, troubleshoot, identify cost saving opportunities, and resolve issues/concerns.
  • Generate compelling and professional business proposals.


  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering.  Bachelor’s degree in business will also be considered.
  • 5+ years of sales or relevant experience in the automotive industry with a strong record of delivering results.
  • Comprehensive understanding and expertise in value selling.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM and business software programs.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Sales call planning, documentation, and detailed follow-up communication.
  • Account management.
  • Must be willing to travel (50% minimum). Territory to include the following states and areas, Michigan, Ohio South to Columbus, Indiana North of Indianapolis, and Pennsylvania

The salary for this role is $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.  This salary range may also be modified in the future.
