  • Responsible for develop new sales growth in EV, off-highway and other areas.
  • Customer orientation, with established networking and knowledge in aftermarket.
  • Strategy planning in roll out segment development plan by developing success stories, road mapping.
  • Accelerate scalability with highly efficient commercial skill to drive right portfolio and solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales team, Application Engineer and other functional team to achieve KPI.
  • Accountabilities (Time in %)

  • Develop EV & off-highway strategy, portfolio and sales plan.                                        10%
  • Develop value proposition and sales tools support EV & off-highway business growth.                                        30%
  • Build strong customer relationship with key customers and distributors.      40%
  • Coach and train sales team-EV & off-highway.                                        20%


  • 3-5+ year aftermarket or KA, BD experience, business savvy.
  • Familiar with aftermarket customer in EV, off-highway, commercial, collision with good track record.
  • Established connection with big Multiple Shop Organization or other big players preferred.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Good presentation skill.
  • Self-motivation.
