YOUR ROLE

• Support transparency creation by tracking progress on HCB sustainability commitments and planning corresponding financial implication incl. harmonized and accurate reflection in product costing.
• Support journey to drive maturity of (internal) sustainability financial reporting to enable planning, forecasting & portfolio transformation.
• Facilitate CSRD reporting as the controlling partner for initiative leads & functional experts.
• Shape process related to increasing regulation on environmental fees and its implementation in costing and reporting.
• Actively contribute to shaping and bringing to live our Henkel Leadership Commitments
• Engage with Henkel & HCB Sustainability Community.

YOUR SKILLS

• A university degree (Master's or Bachelor's) in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 5 years’ experience in controlling/ finance-oriented roles.
• Experience with Sustainability topics is appreciated but not a must.
• High affinity and interest to support and drive sustainability in the company.
• A team player, fast learner, self-starter, comfortable under high uncertainty contexts, flexible to adjust to constant change.
• Excellent English language skills.
